THE USAGA NET NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Dates and location
March 21-23, 2027, at Sierra View Country Club, Roseville, CA.
Rules
Rules as established by the USGA will apply. Local rules will be in play and incorporated in instructions prior to the tournament.
Format
This will be a tiered NET SCORE tournament with handicaps based on the competitive score ratings (CSRs) established by the USAGA ranking system. In order to be eligible to win one of the NET awards, a player must have played a minimum of four USAGA CSRs (four rounds of golf, usually two 36-hole events) in the last 18 months. Even if you don't have the four CSRs, we'd love you to come play and build your USAGR Ranking for next year's event! Gross scores will be kept for USAGA and WR4GD ranking purposes.
Tiers
1) Under 10 CSR
2) 10.1 to 16 CSR
3) 16.1 to 22 CSR
4) 22.1 to 29 CSR
5) 29.1 and higher
6) Associate - Must have a recognized handicap index
There will be ONE overall net score NATIONAL CHAMPION crowned. There will be awards for the first 3 places within each tier.
Tees
Tee locations will be based on USAGA tee box recommendation for each disability sports classification. Seniors (age 55 and up) will play one tee forward.
Entry fee
$275 USD. A practice round will be included in the entry fee, along with two competition rounds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner for both competition days for player and one guest is also included.
